Returns & Refunds
By placing an order through Swim Secure USA you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
Only items that have been purchased directly from Swim Secure USA can be returned to Swim Secure USA. Swim Secure products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for return, the item(s) must have been purchased within 30 days of the request. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the event you want to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
B. RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please use our contact form, send us an email at email@example.com, or call us at 631-522-1379. If your return is accepted we will provide a return address or (if applicable) return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
C. DAMAGED, WRONG PRODUCTS AND OTHER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer exchanges. We only accept returns in accordance with the above conditions.
E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your credit card or original method of payment. Please note, it can take up to 48 hours for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Swim Secure products are warrantied for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If, during the warranty period, the item proves to be defective during normal use, we will remedy the defect by either repairing or replacing the light at our discretion.
